PlayJam Loyalty Points – Terms and Conditions
1. The PlayJam Loyalty Points Programme (“Programme”) is operated by PlayJam (PLAYJAM) and is only available to persons 16 years old or over and resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man address.
2. These Rules (including PLAYJAM’s Policy on Privacy) govern the collection and use of Loyalty Points and set out the terms of the contract between PLAYJAM and each Programme Account Holder (“You/Your”). To begin collecting loyalty points you must first open a PlayJam Loyalty Points Account (“Account”) and can then earn Points on specific transactions and actions carried out on the channel. By opening an Account you accept these rules. PlayJam may refuse an Account application for any good reason.
3. Points are earned for the following transactions: Registering (5,000 points), Day Pass Purchase (1,000 points), Game Pass Purchase (500 points), Participation (payment) for premium competition/game e.g. SWP/Spot the Ball (1,000 points). Points will be awarded for performance in the game on a game by game basis. All Points values are subject to change.
4. Loyalty points will only be awarded once the transaction is fully completed and has been paid for.
5. Loyalty points accrued in the scheme do not constitute your property and have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred to another account.
6. PlayJam and any affiliated companies and insurers, are not responsible for any inaccuracies in information, which may be used in the Programme, or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of Loyalty Points. With respect to any submission of points, the data stored on the computer systems of PlayJam is the sole determiner of all information provided by you. In no event shall PlayJam or any affiliated companies or insurers be liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for lost profits or revenues or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility thereof. The Promoter and any affiliated companies are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.
7. PLAYJAM’s policy on Privacy and Data Protection sets out the information that PLAYJAM will gather on you and how this information will be used and who it may be shared with. PLAYJAM will comply with its Privacy Statement. If you notify PLAYJAM that you do not wish to receive marketing information from PLAYJAM or be contacted by PLAYJAM for promotional purposes in connection with PLAYJAM and/or by participating companies PLAYJAM will comply with such request and pass on any relevant request to participating companies. If for any reason PLAYJAM needs to transfer personal information outside the European Union for a specific purpose, PLAYJAM will ensure that it is treated to UK standards.
8. It is your responsibility to notify PLAYJAM, of any change of address or personal details in writing as soon as possible to PlayJam, Ground Floor, Block C, 5-23 Old Street, London EC1V 9HL.
9. PLAYJAM reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. PLAYJAM shall always give notice of any such changes. A copy of the terms and conditions of the PlayJam Loyalty Programme will always be available on help.playjam.com and may be obtained on request from PlayJam, Ground Floor, Block C, 5-23 Old Street, London EC1V 9HL.
10. PLAYJAM can withdraw or terminate the PlayJam Loyalty Programme at any time including but not limited to points awarded for performing transactions and actions or loyalty gifts or any individual account at any time. If the PlayJam Loyalty programme is terminated (for whatever reason) your rights to earn or redeem points are lost. PLAYJAM will give you as much notice as it reasonably can. Earning or redeeming points will constitute acceptance of any amended terms and conditions.
11. An account may be terminated at any time, at the discretion of PLAYJAM, where a person breaches these Terms and Conditions or PLAYJAM reasonably believes that the person has abused the PlayJam Loyalty Programme. PLAYJAM reserves the right to take any appropriate action deemed necessary where a person is found to have abused the programme. You can close your account at any time by notifying us in writing at PlayJam, Ground Floor, Block C, 5-23 Old Street, London EC1V 9HL.
12. If we sell or transfer PLAYJAM to another company we may transfer all of our rights and obligations under these Rules without any further consent and may disclose or transfer all information we hold about you to a prospective or actual new owner. Such a disclosure or transfer will not alter your rights in respect of the use that can be made of such information by such other company.
13. If you do not use your PLAYJAM Loyalty Point Account for a period of 12 months or more, your account may be terminated. You are entitled to set-up a new Account and PLAYJAM may, at its discretion, re-award you any points which were held in your previous account at the time your name was removed from the programme.
14. Any unclaimed points will become void after 18 months.
15. PLAYJAM’s failure to enforce any particular term or condition does not constitute a waiver of that term or condition. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the scheme or the eligibility of points or conversion of points shall be resolved by PlayJam in the exercise of its absolute discretion.
16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales and the Court of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Monthly Loyalty Points Prize Draw Promotion - Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion (this 'Promotion') is a prize competition. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and to be bound by them and by any other terms, conditions or requirements set out in the Promotion. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not enter this Promotion. This Promotion is offered by Static 2358 Ltd (company number 03364451) whose registered address is at Ground Floor, Block C 5-23 Old Street, London EC1V 9 HL (the 'Promoter').
2. This Promotion is only open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man aged 16 years or over, but not to any Promoter’s employees or members of their immediate family, or agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this Promotion. By entering this Promotion you represent and agree that:-
1) You are over 16 years of age; and
2) You are resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
You agree that you shall not be entitled to receive any prize if you are unable to prove to the Promoter that you are over 16 years old and that you are a resident of the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and check their identity.
3. To enter this Promotion, you must have at least 10,000 points in your account at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the month. You will receive one entry into the prize draw for every 10,000 points you have in your account: for example, if you have 20,000 points you would get two entries into the prize draw, if you had 30,000 points you would get three entries into the prize draw etc. Entry into the promotion is automatic, if you meet the entry requirements, and is a benefit of membership to the PlayJam Loyalty Points Programme.
4. Any person may also enter the promotion by submitting an entry including their name, age, phone number and address through the mail to:

Or by email to shout@playjam.com. Please put PlayJam Loyalty Points Scheme Prize Draw in the subject heading. Postal entries are limited to one per household. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the draw. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are delayed in the post. Late, damaged or illegible entries will be disqualified. Entries must be received prior to the last day of the promotion.
5. The closing date and time for the Promotion is 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the month. You must have at least 10,000 points in your account at this time. If a Points transaction has not been registered on our server by this time then it will not count towards your Loyalty Points total and you will not be entered into the competition. The Promotion may also be closed earlier than indicated in the Promotion at the Promoter’s absolute discretion. The Promoter also reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the closing date of any Promotion.
6. On close of the Promotion a winner of the prize draw will be picked at random from all eligible entries.
7. The prize is £100. No alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or to offer an alternative prize of similar value. An entrant shall be disqualified from this Promotion should any of the details submitted when they became a member of the PlayJam Loyalty Programme be incorrect. Winners will be notified by the phone number submitted with their entry. The Promoter will endeavour to send the prize to the winner at the address given in the contact details within 28 days of the closing date of the Promotion. Where the prize is a cash prize, it will be delivered by cheque made payable in the name of the winning entrant in pounds sterling. A prize cheque cannot be made payable to any third party and no other form of payment will be made. Taxes, fees or other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. Acceptance of the prize by the winner gives the Promoter the right to use the prize winner’s name and image for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid, unless prohibited by law.
8. The Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by, and shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales and the Court of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
