PlayJam.com is a service of Static 2358 (US) Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “PlayJam,” “we,” or “us”). This statement discloses the privacy practices for PlayJam.com (“Service”). By registering for the Game Service, you give your consent to the way we may handle your personal data, as described in this policy and in the Terms and Conditions of the Service.

1. Cookies

We use cookies to store certain types of information each time you use the Service. Cookies enable our system to recognise your computer, and to ensure that your Account is attributed to the user who inputs the correct Username and Password for that Account. We reserve the right to communicate your personal information to any third party that makes a legally-compliant request for its disclosure. We may also disclose your personal information to one of our partners if you registered with us as a Member after clicking on a link on their website and you agreed that we could disclose such information to them. Otherwise, however, we will not disclose your name, address and other information which identifies you personally to any third party without your consent. 2. Account registration

By registering to become a Member, you agree that we may display the Username you select, game scores and records. By accepting any prize, you further agree that in our promotional efforts we have the right to publish your Username and game records in any media (newsletters, broadcasts, emails, etc.), without making any payment to you. We reserve the right to collect general demographic and other anonymous information that does not personally identify you. This information is not associated with your personally identifiable information and cannot be linked to you personally.

3. Email

We utilise e-mails to notify you when you win competitions, alert you to withdrawals and to let you know of special promotions, events and policy changes. Important notices will be sent to your nominated email address as long as your Account is open, but you have the choice to opt-in or opt-out of receiving any promotional e-mails at any time by sending an email to that effect to shout@playjam.com. We will retain your personal information only as long as is necessary for the purposes to which you consent under these Terms and then we will delete it from our systems.

4. Children

PlayJam does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen (18) and does not wish to collect any such information.

5. Advertisers

Reports are shared with the advertiser and advertising networks. This information may be stored in PlayJam databases and/or those of advertisers and advertising networks. However, advertisers usually have this information already since their server captures it when a person clicks on an advertisement. This is done to verify billing for the ads. No additional information associated with any specific user is provided to advertisers. In connection with the standard operation of PlayJam’s systems, certain non-personally identifiable information about visitors to this Service is recorded. This information is used primarily to tailor and enhance visitors’ experience using the Service. We may use this information in an aggregate, non-personally identifiable form to, among other things, measure the use of our Service and determine which products and services are the most popular with Service visitors.

6. Disclosure of personally identifiable information

We consider the personally identifiable information contained in our business records to be confidential. We may sometimes disclose personally identifiable information about you when it is necessary to render or conduct a legitimate business activity related to the services we provide to you. You can also use this email address if you wish to request from us a copy of the personal information we hold about you or a description of that information. Please note that by English law we are entitled to charge you a small sum for providing this information.

8. Other Services

To make our Service more valuable to our visitors, we may offer some features in conjunction with other providers. Our Service may also include links to other Service whose privacy policies and practices may differ from ours. Once you leave our Service by linking to another one, the use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the Service you're visiting. We recommend that you read the privacy policy of other Service.

9. Security

All information gathered on our Service is stored within a PlayJam database accessible only to PlayJam and its specifically authorized contractors and vendors. However, we cannot guarantee the complete security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.

We may change this privacy statement from time to time. If we change this privacy statement at some point in the future, we’ll post the changes on our Service and on help.playjam.com and by continuing to use the Service after we post any changes, you accept and agree to this privacy statement, as modified.
