For some reason you are not receiving the PlayJam channel. This could be caused by a technical fault at our end, extreme weather conditions or a problem with your set-top box or satellite dish. Here is a list of things you can check to diagnose the problem.


Try accessing other Sky interactive services as Directgov or Teletext holidays. If these won’t load then you have a problem that you need to report to SKY customer services.

If the other interactive services are working then there could possiblybe a problem with the alignment of your SKY dish. Contact SKY customer services and let them know you cannot receive these channels along with PlayJam. If these channels are working fine then please contact our customer services department on08442 411 411and report the fault.
